Ready made orders are ready to ship in 3-5 business days. Custom orders will take additional time. If you have an urgent request please use the contact us page prior to ordering and we will let you know ASAP if we can accommodate!

Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Pending what items they are, we can absolutely send via oversized lettermail. This would exclude claw clips, headbands, sunglasses, and large accessories, however small orders of bows, piggy bows, scrunchies, earrings, and snap clips would be possible.

To ship via lettermail, please use code: LETTERMAIL Though shipping will show as parcel shipping cost, this will reduce your total by $10 applied to the shipping cost. If you're uncertain if your order can be shipped via Lettermail, please reach out to us via email or through social media.

Yes, you absolutely can pick up your order to avoid shipping fees and delays. Just choose Local Pick Up at checkout. 

*Note: Pick up location is in New Hamburg, Ontario.

Technically, we do not offer local delivery, however we're always happy to drop off orders if we know we're headed in a specific direction. (IE. Listowel, Wingham, Belgrave)

We try to offer these out of our own good will, and will often announce on social media when we're heading in a direction, however we are a very busy family of four so respect that this isn't something we can offer regularly.

Choosing the right bow is specific to the individual. We offer a limited amount of sizing to easy the decision process - all our individual bows (classic, pinch and sailor) are roughly the same size, whereas our piggy bows are all smaller. Most of our bows are between 3" and 4", but there is some fluctuations.
